Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar gifts jet to Jacqueline Fernandez on Valentine’s Day: ‘Baby, you’re always flying around…’

Sukesh Chandrashekhar, the alleged conman presently lodged in Central Mandoli Jail in Delhi, has gifted a private jet to his rumoured former girlfriend, Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez, on Valentine’s Day, reported News18.

He also sent a letter to Jacqueline Fernandez, mentioning that the private jet has the initials of her name written on it and its registration number is her date of birth, the report said.

“Baby, you are always flying around the world for work shoots, now with this Jet, your travel will be extremely easy at your choice, and convenience,” Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s letter read.

In his letter, the alleged conman also said that he is paying taxes on the gifts and therefore no one can call them illegal.

“The most important thing, no one can now question you about the Jet, because Baby I am Declaring the Jet in my Tax Returns for this year and paying the relevant gift taxes for the same, hereby making it fully legal and not any alleged proceeds of crime,” a part of Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s letter said.

He further expressed his love for the actress by saying: “Baby on this Valentines, I have only one wish, if there is a Re-Birth, I wanna be born as your heart, so that I can keep beating inside you.”

Why is Sukesh Chandrashekhar in jail?

Sukesh Chandrashekhar is presently lodged in Mandoli jail in connection to an extortion case of ₹200 crore.

It was rumoured that Sukesh Chandrashekhar and Jacqueline were in a relationship. However, she had repeatedly denied any kind of romantic relationship with him.

Sukesh Chandrashekhar is in jail since 2017 due to his involvement in several criminal cases. He was transferred from the Central Jail to Central Jail No.13, Mandoli, on November 4, 2023.

He is involved in a total of 23 cases.

On Thursday, the Delhi High Court issued notice on a plea filed by the Mandoli Jail’s Authority challenging a trial court’s decision that allowed Sukesh Chandrashekhar to wear a wristwatch while in custody.

Earlier, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had recorded Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s statement in connection with an alleged extortion racket operating from Delhi prisons.

Macron says ‘plug, baby, plug’ amid push for nuclear-powered AI

French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday touted the role of the country’s nuclear energy industry in powering its tech industry while joking about one of President Donald Trump’s favorite slogans.

Macron was speaking in Paris at the AI Action Summit and said that France, which has the largest share of electricity generated by nuclear power in the world, is well-positioned to power energy-intensive artificial intelligence (AI) projects.

“I have a good friend in the other part of the ocean saying ‘drill, baby, drill.’ Here, there is no need to drill. It’s just ‘plug, baby, plug,’” Macron said.

“Electricity is available, you can plug, it’s ready,” he added. “And I can tell you, we will go fast and very fast.”

France recently announced a more than $100 billion investment to boost AI development in France “in the coming years” with funds coming from foreign and private investors.

Trump campaigned on expanding U.S. oil and gas production and has often said that the industry will be able to “drill, baby, drill” under his leadership.

In his address at the Republican National Convention last summer as the presidential election was ramping up, Trump said that increased U.S. oil and gas drilling would “lead to a large-scale decline in prices.”

Trump’s calls for expanded fossil fuel production come after former President Joe Biden’s administration implemented new restrictions on energy production on federal lands.

On Inauguration Day, Trump signed executive orders that declared a national energy emergency that aimed to expedite the development of energy infrastructure, as well as an order “unleashing American energy” that revoked executive orders he viewed as impeding energy development.

Last week, the House passed a bill known as the Protecting American Energy Production Act that would block future presidential administrations from enacting bans on oil and gas drilling using hydraulic fracturing (commonly known as “fracking”) without congressional approval.

The bill passed on a 210-188 vote, with 16 Democrats joining all Republicans who voted in support of the legislation. It’s unclear whether the Senate will consider the bill or if it will have enough support to overcome the upper chamber’s 60-vote threshold for the legislative filibuster.

Trump congratulates Mahomes family on newborn daughter ahead of Super Bowl LIX: ‘A baby with great genes’

President Donald Trump gave his congratulations to Patrick Mahomes and wife Brittany on the birth of their third child, daughter Golden Raye.

“Congratulations to the Chiefs GREAT Quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, and his very beautiful and BRILLIANT wife, Brittany, on the birth of their new baby daughter, Golden Raye. This is what I call a baby with great genes, both mother and father. It’s happy times in the wonderful Mahomes family. See you all on Sunday!” Trump wrote on Truth Social Thursday.

Mahomes and Brittany welcomed Golden Raye on Jan. 12, just before the start of the Chiefs’ current playoff run.

Trump is set to attend Super Bowl LIX on Sunday, where he’ll watch Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs try to become the first team in history to win three straight Super Bowls.

Trump has expressed fondness for Mahomes and his wife in recent months.

A screenshot of Brittany’s Instagram account giving a like to Trump’s 2024 policy platform on Aug. 13 was shared across social media. She then posted several follow-up posts defending herself from the backlash she received for liking Trump’s post.

Trump then gave Brittany a shoutout on Truth Social days later.

After the Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game Jan. 26, Trump sent a congratulatory post to Kansas City on Truth Social. But Trump did not give congratulations to the Chiefs’ opponent, the Philadelphia Eagles.

Earlier Wednesday, when Trump was asked who he expected to win the Super Bowl, the president didn’t give a definitive answer but alluded to Mahomes’ success.

“I don’t want to say, but there’s a certain quarterback that seems to be a pretty good winner,” Trump said when asked which team he’s rooting for.

Mahomes gave his thoughts on Trump attending the game to reporters Wednesday.

“It’s always cool to be able to play in front of a sitting president,” Mahomes said. “Someone that is at the top position in our country.”

Mahomes recognized Trump was probably talking about him and gave his thoughts about the cryptic praise from the president.

“It’s cool to hear that he’s seen me play football and respects the game that I play,” Mahomes told reporters Wednesday.

A video shared on the congresswoman’s @RepPressley X account shows her and others chanting, “Hey, hey, ho, ho, Elon Musk has got to go.”

Iconic baby food brand discontinues teething product

An iconic baby food brand is discontinuing a teething product after a child was sent to the emergency room after using it.

Gerber announced the recall of its Soothe n Chew Teething Sticks on Jan. 31. In a press release published by parent company Nestlé USA, the brand said that the products posed “a potential choking hazard for babies and young children.”

“The recall was initiated after receiving consumer complaints of choking incidents,” Gerber said in the release. “To date, one emergency room visit has been reported.

The products were distributed in 45 states plus Puerto Rico, including: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.

The states exempt from the distribution were Alaska, North Dakota, Wyoming, Louisiana and Wyoming. According to Gerber, the products “were distributed nationwide via the internet and to distribution centers and retail stores in the following states and territories.”

The teething products came in two flavors: strawberry apple and banana. The recall and discontinuation is only limited to those two flavors.

The release stressed that parents who purchased the chewing sticks “should not feed this product to their child, and can return the product to the retailer where it was purchased for a refund.”

“Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a health care provider,” the statement noted. “For any additional support needed, Gerber is available 24/7 at 1-800-4-GERBER (1-800-443-7237).”

“We are working with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) on this recall and will cooperate with them fully,” Gerber added. “We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this action represents to parents, caregivers and retail customers.”

It is rare for Gerber to recall products, but it has happened in the past. In 2023, Gerber baby formula that was recalled for potentially containing harmful bacteria was mistakenly shipped to dozens of retailers after the recall was initiated.
