Ravens lineman Ben Cleveland arrested in Georgia on DUI charge

Baltimore Ravens offensive lineman Ben Cleveland was arrested on a DUI charge in Georgia last week after law enforcement said he nearly swerved into a ditch, according to multiple reports.

Cleveland, who was drafted out of Georgia by the Ravens in the third round of the 2021 NFL draft, was charged Wednesday with DUI and failure to maintain a lane.

A deputy with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office saw his black pickup truck weaving between lanes at around 10:30 p.m before witnessing that the vehicle “entered the opposite lane of travel, nearly going into the ditch,” the Associated Press reported, citing an incident report.

During the traffic stop, authorities said Cleveland admitted to the deputy that he had consumed between three and four beers while at a nearby country club but had nothing in the last two hours.

According to FOX 5 Atlanta, the NFL player underwent a series of field sobriety tests, including a breathalyzer, which showed that he had a blood alcohol content of 0.178, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08.

He was reportedly released the following day on bond.

Mavericks coach Darrell Armstrong arrested on aggravated assault charge

Dallas Mavericks assistant coach Darrell Armstrong was arrested in the early hours of Saturday and charged with aggravated assault on his girlfriend, police said.

Dallas police officers were called to the 1000 block of Ross Ave. in downtown Dallas around 3:45 a.m., where an investigation found Armstrong and his girlfriend had been in an argument.

At one point, Armstrong hit her with a gun and threatened to shoot her, according to police. An arrest warrant affidavit for Armstrong, obtained by FOX 4 Dallas, said the incident started due to his girlfriend questioning him about a text from another woman.

The victim reportedly told police Armstrong had been drinking that night and demanded she give him her keys to their apartment. She then claimed Armstrong was on the phone with another person when he picked up a pistol and hit her on the side of the face.

Authorities said they saw a mark on the woman’s cheek below her left eye.

“‘I’m going to shoot you,’” the victim said, reportedly quoting what Armstrong allegedly said to her as he loaded the weapon.

The Mavericks released a statement on Sunday afternoon regarding Armstrong’s arrest.

“The Dallas Mavericks are aware of an incident involving a member of our staff and are gathering all relevant information surrounding the incident,” the statement reads, per FOX 4 Dallas. “We take this matter seriously. The employee has been placed on administrative suspension pending the outcome of legal proceedings.

“This matter is currently under review by the appropriate legal authorities. Due to this fact, we will allow the legal process to run its course and we will refrain from further comment while proceedings are ongoing.”

Armstrong has been an assistant coach with the Mavericks since 2009, being a part of the 2011 NBA-champion squad along the way.

He is a member of the Orlando Magic Hall of Fame, having spent nine of his 14 NBA seasons with the franchise. Armstrong initially played overseas from 1991-94 before the Magic gave him a shot during the 1994-95 season.

Armstrong went on to win the 1998-99 Most Improved Player Award and Sixth Man of the Year Award after averaging 13.8 points, 6.7 assists and 3.6 rebounds mostly off the bench over 50 games.

Kadarius Toney, Chiefs’ Super Bowl hero, arrested for allegedly strangling a woman

Former New York Giants and Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kadarius Toney was arrested last month after police say he strangled a woman.

Toney is accused of putting his hand around a woman’s throat, squeezing “with enough force to cause her to be unable to breathe,” according to TMZ Sports.

Toney was accused of taking the woman’s phone during the altercation so she couldn’t call authorities, leaving her with marks on her neck and hemorrhaging in her eyes.

The 2021 first-round pick had a warrant out for his arrest Jan. 15, one day before the alleged altercation, and he was arrested Thursday.

He was charged with one count of aggravated assault-strangulation and another charge of obstructing/harrassing 911 calls, according to jail records.

Fox News Digital reached out to a representative of Toney for comment.

Toney was the 20th pick out of Florida four years ago by the Giants. After a tumultuous tenure in New York, he was sent to the Kansas City Chiefs. His record-breaking punt return in the 2023 Super Bowl and fourth quarter touchdown helped the Chiefs to that year’s Super Bowl victory.

However, his tenure with the Chiefs ended similarly, and he was left off last year’s Super Bowl roster. There became a war of words about whether Toney had been healthy, and he did not play in the team’s final seven games of the season, including the playoffs.

New Jersey man arrested in fencing operation allegedly has links to Joe Burrow burglary

Two men who were believed to have ties to a string of burglaries in the U.S., including at a famous pro athlete’s home in Ohio, were arrested on Tuesday, officials announced.

Dimitriy Nezhinskiy and Juan Villar were charged with “with conspiracy to receive stolen property related to their purchasing of stolen goods that traveled across state lines,” the Eastern District of New York said in a news release. The two men will be arranged on Wednesday.

Nezhinskiy, of North Bergen, New Jersey and Villar, of Queens, New York, were accused of acting as “fences” for South American-based crime groups who traveled around the U.S. to commit burglaries targeting luxury items. The two were accused of being linked to the “prolific burglar” Bryan Leandro Herrera Maldonado, who officials said committed 16 burglaries in the U.S. between 2019 and 2020.

Officials said Nezhinskiy was linked to at least two members of a crew who were allegedly involved in the Dec. 9, 2024, burglary of a “high-profile athlete in Ohio.” Sources told Fox News Channel the athlete in question is Cincinnati Bengals star quarterback Joe Burrow.

Law enforcement officials executed a search warrant for a pawn shop the two men allegedly operated in New York City’s Diamond District. Authorities “seized large quantities of suspected stolen property, including dozens of high-end watches and jewelry. Law enforcement also recovered large quantities of cash and marijuana,” officials said.

Another search warrant was executed in a storage facility in New Jersey allegedly belonging to Nezhinskiy. Officials said “large quantities of luxury goods and clothing, including high-end handbags, wine, sports memorabilia, jewelry, artwork and power tools consistent with those commonly used in burglaries and opening safes” were recovered.

Nezhinskiy was arrested in New Jersey, and Villar was arrested in New York, officials said.

The arrests came weeks after four Chilean nationals were arrested in connection with the burglary to Burrow’s home on Dec. 9, 2024. At the time of the arrest, authorities found “an old LSU shirt and Bengals hat, believed to be stolen from the December 9, 2024 burglary in Hamilton County, Ohio,” which is where Burrow’s home is located.

The search of the vehicle the suspects were in also discovered “two Husky automatic center punch tools wrapped in a cloth towel.” The tool has been used by the South American Theft Group, according to authorities.

Burrow’s home was burglarized while he was in Dallas facing the Cowboys. Police were called to Burrow’s home by Olivia Ponton, a model and social media influencer who was identified as Burrow’s employee in the incident report.

Burrow discussed the break-in a few days after its occurrence during a media availability, where he stressed the difficulty of living a life where his personal information is in the public’s eye.

“So obviously everybody has heard what has happened. I feel like my privacy has been violated in more ways than one. And way more is already out there than I would want out there and that I care to share, so that’s all I got to say about that,” Burrow began.

Dozens of illegals arrested in Trump’s home county in Florida

Amid President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers arrested 32 criminal illegal immigrants in the president’s Florida home county.

Crimes committed by those arrested include drug-related offenses, prostitution, robbery, fraud and driving under the influence.

The agency announced on Monday that officials arrested 32 criminal illegal aliens through “targeted immigration enforcement operations” in Palm Beach County on Jan. 27 and 28.

Trump’s permanent residence, Mar-a-Lago, is in Palm Beach County, which is a highly affluent county known for its pristine beaches and golf courses.

According to the Monday announcement, ICE officers and agents based in Miami, in coordination with the U.S. Border Patrol, arrested criminal immigrants from Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Cuba and Nicaragua.

Though the ICE statement did not name any of the detainees, the agency said those arrested included a 30-year-old Venezuelan male convicted of drug possession, robbery and resisting an officer; a 44-year-old Haitian female convicted of battery, drug possession and prostitution; a 24-year-old Cuban male convicted of fraud through illegal use of a credit card and larceny; and a 25-year-old Guatemalan male convicted of cocaine possession and driving under the influence.

Fox News Digital reached out to ICE to obtain information on the detained criminal migrants’ identities but had not heard back at the time of publication.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement activities in Palm Beach County, Florida, recently netted 32 illegal aliens from various countries.

The ICE statement said that all those arrested will remain detained pending their removal from the U.S. or hearing before an immigration judge.

This comes as ICE and federal authorities under the new Trump administration have unleashed a string of targeted operations, arresting several thousand illegal immigrants since Trump’s second term began on Jan. 20.

ICE officers have been seen carrying out raids of homes, work sites and other establishments, while deportations have also ramped up, with the Trump administration beginning flights this week, transporting the most violent migrants to Guantánamo Bay.

According to a separate ICE statement, the agency has been conducting “enhanced enforcement operations” in Chicago and New York with routine daily operations taking place throughout the country. The agency said it is currently utilizing a “whole-of-government approach” to target criminal aliens with no legal basis for removal.

In many cases, ICE is partnering with the FBI, DEA, ATF, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Marshals Service to carry out these arrests.

Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus, arrested on multiple charges in Florida, including cocaine possession

Marcus Jordan, the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, was arrested in Florida on multiple charges.

The Maitland Police Department booked Marcus into the Orange County Jail on Tuesday on charges of cocaine possession, resisting arrest and DUI property damage or personal injury. Fox News Digital reached out to Jordan’s representatives for comment.

The details around his arrest were still unclear.

The 34-year-old is the second-eldest child of the former Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards star. Marcus played high school basketball and later tried his hand at college basketball at the University of Central Florida.

Marcus has laid low for the most part. He was thrust into the spotlight about two years ago when he began dating Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of his father’s teammate Scottie Pippen. The relationship lasted for about two years as the couple broke up in 2024.

Trump’s ICE racks up hundreds of arrests, including illegal immigrants arrested for horror crimes

FIRST ON FOX: Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), in the first days of the Trump administration, has made for that 460 arrests of illegal immigrants, include those with criminal histories that include sexual assault, domestic violence and drugs and weapons crimes.

Information obtained by Fox News Digital, shows that between midnight Jan. 21 and 9am Jan 22, a 33-hour period, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) arrests over 460 aliens that include criminal histories of sexual assault, robbery, burglary, aggravated assault, drugs and weapons offenses, resisting arrest and domestic violence.

Agents arrested nationals from a slew of countries including Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Senegal and Venezuela.

Arrests took place across the U.S. including Illinois, Utah, California, Minnesota, New York, Florida and Maryland.

The New York City Police Department (NYPD) previously arrested Haye on 12/10/2024 for “Promote A Sexual Performance By A Child Less Than 17 Years of Age and Possessing Sexual Performance By Child Less Than 16 Years of Age: Possess/Access To View”. Meanwhile, ICE issued more than 420 detainers – requests ICE be notified when a national is released from custody. The nationals were arrested for crimes including homicide, sexual assault, kidnapping, battery and robbery.

Arrests include:

– A Mexican national, Jesus Perez, arrested in Salt Lake City, charged with aggravated sexual abuse of a child.

– A Honduran national, Franklin Osorto-Cruz, convicted of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested in New York.

– A Jamaican national, Kamaro Denver Haye, arrested for “promote a sexual performance by a child less than 17 years of age and possessing sexual performance by child less than 16 years of age: possess/access to view.”

– A Mexican national, Jesus Baltazar Mendoza, convicted of 2nd degree assault of a child. He was arrested in St. Paul.

– Colombian national Andres Orjuela Parra, who was arrested in San Francisco. He has a conviction of sexual penetration with a foreign object on an unaware victim.

– Six illegal immigrants in Miami from Guatemala, with criminal histories including battery, child abuse, fraud, resisting arrest, DWI, trespassing and vandalism.

Meanwhile, Fox News’ Bill Melugin was on the ground in Boston, where agents arrested multiple MS-13 gang members, Interpol Red Notices, and murder & rape suspects.

The arrests come as the Trump administration is moving rapidly to fulfill its promise to launch a historic mass deportation operation, which it has said will focus primarily – but not exclusively – on public safety threats.

On January 22, 2025, ICE-ERO New York City arrested Jose Roberto Rodriguez-Urbina, a 22-year-old citizen of El Salvador. This week the administration has made a slew of moves to make it happen, including a barrage of executive orders by President Trump and subsequent moves by his cabinet agencies.

Fox News reported Wednesday that the Department of Homeland Security has removed limits from powers of expedited removal, a day after it rescinded a Biden-era memo restricting where ICE can conduct enforcement operations.

“Teams are out there as of today,” Homan said on “America’s Newsroom” on Tuesday. “We gave them direction to prioritize public safety threats that we’re looking for. We’ve been working up the target list.”

“Right out of the gate it’s public safety threats, those who are in the country illegally that have been convicted, arrested for serious crime,” he said. “But let me be clear. There’s not only public safety threats that will be arrested, because in sanctuary cities, we’re not allowed to get that public safety threat in the jail, which means we got to go to the neighborhood and find him.”

Police body cam video shows Chilean migrants arrested in connection with Bengals’ Joe Burrow home burglary

Ohio State Highway Patrol have released dash cam footage showing a traffic stop and the eventual arrest of four men. The men are suspects in the December robbery of an Ohio home owned by Cincinnati Bengals star Joe Burrow.

The two-time Pro Bowl quarterback was competing against the Dallas Cowboys in Arlington, Texas when the home invasion took place. Olivia Ponton, a model and social media influencer who was identified as Burrow’s employee in the incident report, was at the home at the time of the incident. But, no one was injured during the break-in.

However, Burrow’s house was rifled through, per a report from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

The four suspects, who were described as Chilean nationals, were arrested following “an ongoing investigation involving burglaries of multimillion-dollar homes in multiple states,” according to WLWT-TV, citing court documents.

Sergio Cabello, Bastian Morales, Jordan Sanchez and Alexander Chavez were arrested in Clark County after being pulled over by Ohio State Highway Patrol on Jan. 10, documents showed.

“All four males were identified as being illegally in the country or overstaying their permissions,” the arrest report read, as all the men provided fake IDs.

The four suspects face charges of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, participation in a criminal gang, possessing criminal tools and obstructing official business.

Ponton called her mother Diane Ponton, and then 911 was contacted as the break-in was happening, deputies reported.

“Someone is trying to break into the house right now,” Diane Ponton was heard saying on the recorded 911 call. “My daughter is there. This is Joe Burrow’s house. She is staying there. He’s at the football game. She’s wondering what she should do, if she should be hiding or if she should go outside.”

Burrow broke his silence a few days after the incident occurred, saying the situation left him feeling “violated.”
